Feasibility cost planning
Feasibility cost planning establishes a unique detailed brief, a budget cost statement, a short list of options, and an outline programme. AD Group provides a detailed examination of the shortlist of options, comparing their detail in practical terms, quality of outcome, cost and programme, and final decision making on the preferred outcome. The preferred option’s costs are then firmed up. This enables the brief to be developed further in preparation for the design stage, and a final programme agreed. The business case can then be prepared for financial approval and funding submission to acquire finance.

Investment appraisal is the process of valuing real property. Market value and location are important factors. The written report is used to obtain loans, sale price, tax matters etc.. Value-in-use, investment value and liquidation values are among the types provided. Our methods include the cost, the sales comparison and the income approaches. We combine these with the comparative method, the investment method, the renewal method, the project method and the cost methods. Value engineering and management in construction embodies focusing on space, elements and components to provide the lowest cost and specified quality. It is the process of making explicit functional benefits of a project, and appraising those benefits against a value system determined by the Client to ensure that the project achieves strategic fit with the core business of the Client. AD Group facilitate structured workshops to help in the identification and definition of the project and the involvement of relevant stakeholders.
