DOHA WEST SEWAGE TREATMENT WORKS, QATAR

 

The Public Works Authority (Drainage Affairs) commissioned the construction of the Doha WestSewage Treatment Works. After completion of the construction phase of the project a dispute arose between the main contractor and their appointed sub-contractor. A claims consultant was appointed to advise on the resolution of this dispute and has subsequently been appointed to act as Arbitrator.

 

AD Group have been appointed by the Arbitrator to assist them in analysing the original contract Bills of Quantities. This analysis involves the complete re-measurement of various structures within the original contract and to advise on the differences in quantities between the original Bills of Quantities and our Bills of Quantities. Our professional expertise and documentation will be used as part of the Arbitrator’s strategy to develop and present a case on behalf of their Client.
